Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup peas
Instructions
- Directions:
- Heat chicken broth in pot.
- Whisk eggs and parsley together in a separate bowl.
- Slowly pour egg mixture into broth while stirring.
- Add lemon juice and peas.
- Stir until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
