  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup peas

  • Heat chicken broth in pot.
  • Whisk eggs and parsley together in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly pour egg mixture into broth while stirring.
  • Add lemon juice and peas.
  • Stir until heated through. Serve and enjoy!
